Deco has warned Barcelona fans not to expect the club to spend as much as Manchester City, who spent more than €200m in January.

Barcelona sporting director Anderson Deco has told fans not to expect too much from the club’s summer spending spree, similar to the €200m Manchester City splashed out on signings in the January transfer window.
Barcelona are back within their salary cap and could เล่นเกมคาสิโน UFABET ทันสมัย ฝากถอนง่าย theoretically sign a top player this summer, but Deco insists they will not be spending the same big money as City did in January on new signings.
‘Manchester City spent more than €200m in January. We can’t afford that now, but we don’t need to bring in three or four new players. They need to extend some of the contracts we’ve already signed. We signed three years ago and these young players have made a name for themselves.’
The Azulgrana sporting director also addressed the talk that Barcelona are among the favourites to win this season’s Champions League, saying: ‘I don’t think so. For that to happen, you have to be in the quarter-finals and semi-finals for years and it’s not like that. ‘
‘This season we have to move forward to improve. No matter how excited we are, no matter how well we play, Barca are not favourites.’
